We health test and title our dogs in conformation and sports and put a big emphasis on dispositions!

Why did you start breeding?
We fell in love with the breed after getting our first and thought everyone deserved to know the love of a corgi! Livestock judging helped us see the need to evaluate the structure and how our dogs fit the standard. Sadly we see many poorly bred corgis with poor temperament and structure in this area. Well bred corgis should be bold but kind, never shy or aggressive. We take this very seriously.What makes your program special?
Health and temperament are a priority but we dont skimp on pretty! Our puppies get extensive handing by adults and children so they grow up happy an confident! We use puppy culture and do ens, habituation, many forms of stimulus Iike new surfaces, places, sounds, car rides. We begin leash work, crate train, litter train, do nails and baths. We do work to retain their natural herding abilities.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red, sable, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Getting a puppy from Rylee
Rylee has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Rylee partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 8 weeks old.
"As preservation breeders, each litter is mated and evaluated to select for dogs that will improve our program and the breed. We keep back one or two as potential show prospects at about 8 weeks. The remaining puppies are then matched based on temperament and the homes needs! We will match more laid back pups to homes with a quieter environment or with small children, whereas an agility or hiking home will need a more energetic companion!"

"Most of puppies are sold with limited registration as pets(2000) as well as show prospects(2500) Puppies come with 2 well checks by a vet, eye exam, health guarantee and lifetime breeder support. Deposit guarantees you a spot in our upcoming litters and applies to the puppy purchase price. All puppies will be matched around 8 weeks when we evaluate the litter for show prospects!"

Hip Dysplasia , Hip Dysplasia (Preliminary)
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (Preliminary)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Legg-Calve-Perthes (OFA)
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
von Willebrand Disease I (vWD I), Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

Merrygold Corgis were a dream come true for me! I have always wanted a corgi since I was a little girl. The second I saw his face, I knew he was the one. I wasn’t able to get him at the standard eight weeks, so Rylee hungon to him until five months. He came to me potty trained and crate trained. He has been the best addition of my life. Barely barks, is great with people and super cuddly. He is also very smart and learns tricks quickly. Best desicion I have ever made, I couldn’t imagine a better (or cuter) dog. He is so cute that he has become famous and sought after in my neighborhood.
