A wonderful experience from start to finish! We had lost our nearly 14 year-old Bichon several months earlier due to advanced dementia and other ailments. Nataliya responded to my initial email almost immediately. We set up a video chat and had the opportunity to “meet” the pup who would become our Daizy when she was only a few weeks old. Nataliya answered all our questions and followed up with additional information about the pup’s parents. We placed a deposit on her, knowing that it would be at least six weeks before she could come to her forever home. Nataliya promised to stay in touch and send pictures, something that was particularly important to our daughter who has severe disabilities. True to her word the updates and pictures were frequent. We picked up Daizy about 3 1/2 weeks ago. She has been an absolute joy. She came to us almost fully “paper” trained and has had very few accidents since — exceeding our expectations. She is a great eater and we have continued to feed her the food that Nataliya recommended and sent her home with. She has bonded with our daughter and loves to go for rides in her wheelchair bag. She is quite energetic during the day and has slept through the night from the time we got her home. She was examined by our vet shortly after we picked her up and got a clean bill of health. I can’t say enough good things about our experience and highly recommend Michael and Nataliya.
