Meet the breeder

I'm Kimberly L., the breeder behind Mosaic Merle Doodles located in Lebanon, KY. We do our best to socialize and acclimate each litter so we’re able to offer all-around healthy and well-mannered puppies! We started breeding with the simple mission to breed the very best dogs that we can, to raise them with love, and to find them the perfect future homes.

Q. & A. with Kimberly

  • Why did you start breeding?

A good friend of mine made me fall in love with raising dogs! My love for animals came from my Daddy. We always had animals around our farm and home.
  • What makes your program special?

I feel my program is special because every dog is different just like our own children. I try to really get to know a family so I can personally match up not only the aesthetical aspect of a puppy but the personality they most desire. Being recommended is the best compliment any breeder can strive for in their breeding program.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Cockapoo puppies include tiny and mini sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Cockapoo puppies include merle, brown, red and white, red, and black white and tan. Maltipoo puppies include merle, black & white, and black. Yorkipoo puppies include merle, sable, cream, chocolate, black and tan, and black. Yorkshire Terrier puppies include chocolate and tan, gold, and parti. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

We named her Annie. She can listen well, when she wants too. She has been fairly easy to house train. She will sit on hand command. We started today with walking along side with me. She actually did very well. She is crate trained already. She does how ever cry and wine for a bit if I leave the house.

Kimberly was FANTASTIC. She responded quickly and was clear with the transaction. Kimberly was so accommodating and friendly. Our little one is the best addition to our family. She is such a goof and a love. We love her to bits

I had been on an extensive search to find a maltipoo puppy for months, since I experience allergies with most dogs. Though I was nervous to go through a breeder, I stumbled upon Kimberly’s page and instantly fell in love with Zsa Zsa (now renamed honey) and could not stop thinking about her. This is my boyfriend and I’s first baby ,so we were nervous because everything felt too good to be true (to clarify Kimberly was nothing, but quick to respond and kind-we are just hesitant people). After going with our gut, everything was smooth sailing and perfect. Kimberly arranged for her son to meet us half way (we are in Georgia and she is in Kentucky), so after a 3 hour drive we had our baby. Everything with her was as promised and described. Honey is so healthy, precious, and a little rascal that we yearn to come home to if we’re gone even for 30 minutes. Honey is was extremely well socialized and does well with kids, other dogs, and loves to be loved on by people. She loves car rides and isn’t frightened by much except loud motorcycles. I could not recommend going through Kimberly enough. Thank you Kimberly!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience adopting our little maltipoo through Kimberly. From our very first interaction, Kimberly was knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely committed to finding the perfect forever home for her pups. She answered every question with patience and provided detailed guidance on settling in and care routines. Our boy is the absolute happiest, cutest pup we’ve ever met—full of playful energy, cuddles, and nonstop tail wags. He adjusted seamlessly to his new home, and it’s clear that Kimberly poured so much love into raising him. Thanks to her thoughtful socialization and care, he’s already mastered basic commands and adores meeting new people (and dogs!) If you’re looking to adopt a dog who’s well-socialized, healthy, and bursting with personality, look no further than Kimberly’s maltipoos. We wholeheartedly recommend her and are so grateful to have this little bundle of joy in our lives!

Kim was quick to respond and answered all my questions. Bennett it the best puppy! He’s slept through the night since night one, he’s so cuddly and sweet-everyone says he looks like a stuffy 🙂 Kim has continued to be responsive in any ongoing questions I’ve had.
