



I'm Rhonda C., the breeder behind Mountain Lake Bostons located in Piedmont, MO. We are a small breeding program that specializes in raising quality Boston Terriers. We have been breeding Bostons since 1991. All our puppies are AKC registered, come from champion bloodlines, are current on all vaccinations, are Health guaranteed, and are pre-spoiled. We welcome any questions before or after you take your new puppy home. Our commitment to you doesn’t stop when you take your new puppy home.

Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Congenital Deafness (BAER, registered with OFA)
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
Hereditary (Juvenile) Cataracts (HC; JC)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
