I'm Melissa W., the breeder behind Mountain Point Schnauzers located in Bluffdale, UT. At Mountain Point Schnauzers our goal is to breed high-quality well socialized puppies. We love what we do and are committed to producing well-bred, healthy puppies for loving homes.

  • What makes your program special?

    Our litters are raised in my home as pets and spend quality time getting handled, experience household sounds, dogs, and cats to ensure proper socialization. Each puppy gets the love, training, and attention they need to grow up and be confident dogs. We believe in quality over quantity, something you wont get from a mass production breeder.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include wheaten, white, parti, liver, salt and pepper, black and silver, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Melissa

Melissa has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Melissa partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,300 - $4,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Limited AKC registration provided upon proof of spay/neuter, 1st vaccination, worming, toy, blanket, food, introduction to potty/crate training. Full registration available for additional cost. Deposits are non-refundable to ensure your committment to the puppy.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     Melissa was fantastic to work with. We picked up Lilo and she had a little gift bag to go home with her. We got weekly updates while we were waiting to pick her up. Lilo has no fear she jumped into our hot tub because she thought she could walk on water. She chases the 2 larger Schnauzers around our house and they fear her which is so funny.
