Jill is very responsive and encourages questions and reaching out. She always makes sure to help me when I have specific questions and at anytime caring for her pups even after they go home. She is beyond friendly, genuine & cares for her pups so so so much. You can see it every time they see her. Azlan listens so well at home & in public being gentle with kiddos and all because of his good foundation with Jill. He is confident and strong young male who is an eye catcher to all who see him!

Mountain Ridge Aussies were great to work with. I explained that I have a 1 year old German Shepherd and Jill was forthright in that the puppy I had picked wouldn’t be a good match due to his size and young personality. A couple of days later she told me that a trainer came and worked with the pups and in fact his personality would be great with a young German Shepherd. Turns out Jill was right. The two absolutely love each other!

After losing our sweet Aussie to cancer in January, my wife and I really wanted to find a breeder that took every precaution in insuring a healthy puppy. That’s exactly what we found with Mountain Ridge. Jill and Mountain Ridge are absolutely excellent in their care of these puppies, ensuring that they are not only healthy but also given everything they need for early development. Jill shared regular updates of our puppy before we picked him, including photos and development details.
Because of Mountain Ridges excellent early stage care and training our at home training has been a breeze. We can’t really leave the house without someone commenting on how beautiful and sweet our puppy is. Mountain Ridge Aussies is absolutely excellent from picking your puppy to picking up to bring home.

Jill was such a fantastic first time experience with a breeder! She loves her puppies and once we brought home Cosmo, it was more than apparent. He’s perfectly crate trained, potty trained, knew a few basic commands already and has been great learning new ones, and overall is such a happy and spunky puppy! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience (especially the ease of his crate so we actually get sleep at night when he’s in it!!)! Thank you Jill, and everyone should seek out a puppy from Mountain Ridge Aussies.. they are perfect babies!!
Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
