I'm Larry, the breeder behind mvshelties located in Oklahoma City, OK. Our dogs excel in the ring and as beloved companions. We are very proud of their accomplishments and those of their puppies. When we bring a life into the world, we make sure it gets the best start possible. This includes proper health care and socialization for each puppy, but it starts even earlier than birth. We set our puppies up for success by carefully selecting the parents of each litter, keeping in mind factors such as health, temperament, conformation, ability, and drive. Our goal is to produce well-balanced puppies and find them loving, responsible homes.

Fell in love with the Sheltie breed. Wanted to breed my own dogs so I could pick the best.What makes your program special?
Many of my dogs are second and third generation.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are sable and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Price
"The price includes AKC papers, first shots, deworming, and basic health check at 8 weeks. Puppies also have dewclaws removed. Parents have genetic testing done. Females are more expensive than males. Color headed whites are less expensive. All puppies require deposits."

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
