Meet the breeder

I'm Melissa P., the breeder behind My Bella’s Pomeranians located in Inola, OK. We are a small family breeder located in the Tulsa area, of Oklahoma. We pride ourselves in raising quality, healthy, and well-socialized puppies for families. Our dogs are raised inside our homes and handled by us from the day they are born. We do not sell to kennels or rehome our retired moms. We have recently added Pomeranians to our list of breeds and have 3 breeding females named Honey, Nutmeg, & Bluebell. Honey had our first first litter of Poms on 6/19/2022.

Q. & A. with Melissa

  • Why did you start breeding?

My mother woke up one day and literally said, I want an English Bulldog and I think I want to raise them! We researched the breed for an entire year and after a year of research and searching, my younger sister bought my mom her very first English Bulldog named Kyla. Kyla is now retired after giving us 4 beautiful litters and now gets to be the fun Bulldog aunt. My aunt Sherry has always helped us with our bulldogs and decided she wanted to try to raise Poms. I love Poms, so we partnered together and have had 2 beautiful litters of Pom puppies so far.
  • What makes your program special?

That we literally are a family raising these beautiful breeds. Without each other, we couldn’t do it. Each one of our Poms & Bulldogs starts as our pets and will end as our pets, that’s our motto.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include orange sable, blue and tan, chocolate merle, black and tan, tri-colored, beaver sable, and beaver. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
