I'm Christopher K., the breeder behind Nettles Nuggets located in Brick Township, NJ. We are a small program, and i wish to meet the family before the purchasing of a puppy. It is imperative that we talk first and get to know each other, plan a visit and go forward from there.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I developed an interest through helping my former wife. I have had several enriching experiences, delivering, raising, keeping the parents as my kids, that it makes the work and cleaning all worthwhile.

  • What makes your program special?

    The puppies will always make it special. I share them nearly daily to social media and people get to see their eyes open, and when they take their first steps. Giving them a great home is the goal here

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include lilac and blue. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Christopher

Christopher has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Christopher partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $250 non-refundable deposit and between $1,750 - $2,550 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Price includes deworm, vaccinations, health guarantee, and registration paperwork A non refundable deposit of 250 is required to hold a dog. No deposit will be forfeited, but passed to a future puppy. It is non refundable but should you be unable to take a puppy deposit will be transferred to a future purchase.”

Contract & health guarantee

Christopher may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

  • Vet Wellness Exam

    A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
