I'm Kaylani J., the breeder behind NK Ranch Australian Shepherds located in Tremonton, UT. We raise and breed purebred AKC/ASCA standard Australian Shepherds. All our dogs are health tested.
Q. & A. with Kaylani
Why did you start breeding?
Animals have always brought joy to my life, and as I've grown older, that love has become a passion. I completed schooling as a veterinary assistant and worked at a vet clinic for two years. This gave me the core of my values for animal health and wellness, and how much genetics matter to the well-being of the animals we love. Which is why I became a breeder!
What makes your program special?
My big thing is communication. I care a lot about my dogs and puppies, and I also care a lot about the people they go too. I want to build good, trusting relationships with our puppy families. So transparency, being open, honest and informative with you is what I work hard to be.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black, red merle, blue merle, and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
