Meet the breeder

I'm Van, the breeder behind Of The Saints Rottweilers located in Linthicum, MD. OTSK specializes in purebred, AKC, German/European bloodline Rottweilers. Sires/Dams are clear of JLPP and OFA certified. I do everything I can to better the breed and ensure my dogs and puppies are able to get the very most out of life. The goal I've set and which I believe is still the most important, is to produce healthy puppies that make a well rounded character in an adult dog.

Q. & A. with Van

  • Why did you start breeding?

My love for Rottweiler's started on my 12th birthday when I adopted my first dog “Ace” from a high-kill shelter in New York. Over the next 21 years, my love for the breed never wavered, instead it bloomed tenfold, leading into a passion that I now get to share not only with my friends and family, but with the world.
  • What makes your program special?

Our goal here is to produce show, working and breeding quality dogs that also double as excellent family pets. Our dogs are of sound mind with excellent temperaments, structure and drive; temperament being the utmost important. Our philosophy is that by selectively breeding dogs with these traits/qualities their offspring's will be the perfect companion and protectors for any family.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies are black and mahogany. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
