I'm Darbye S., the breeder behind Oodles of Poodles located in Saint George, UT. I'm committed to producing healthy, happy Poodle puppies, and I do everything I can to prepare them for their forever families. My dogs have brought so much happiness to me. I want to do my part to give my puppies a good life as well as spread the joy they provide with others. The fulfillment of seeing new puppies born, watching them grow, and helping shape them and train them in preparation for their new forever homes is the most rewarding experience ever!
Q. & A. with Darbye
Why did you start breeding?
As I learned more about responsible breeding practices, I wanted to do my part to produce healthy, well-bred puppies. I adore Poodles, and starting a breeding program felt like the right decision. I am confident that each one will become a treasured family member!
What makes your program special?
When I bring a life into the world, I make sure it gets the best start possible. This includes proper health care and socialization for each puppy, but it starts even earlier than birth. I set my puppies up for success by carefully selecting the parents of each litter, keeping in mind factors such as health, temperament, ability, and intelligence. My goal is to choose parents whose genes will bring out the best qualities in each other and produce well-balanced puppies.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies include miniature and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
