Meet the breeder

I'm Jennifer P., the breeder behind P and J Farms located in Las Vegas, NV. We are pet owners first and foremost. All of our puppies are raised as members of our family until they’re ready to join yours. Our dogs stole our hearts right from the start and we found ourselves wanting to get more involved. Breeding was a natural next step and we haven’t looked back since! Our puppies begin potty pad training at 3 weeks and move to using a doggie door. They have all gone through ENS training and will have two sets of shots, two vet checks, and health guarantee when they are ready to go.

Q. & A. with Jennifer

  • Why did you start breeding?

Almost 12 years ago a friend wanted to breed her Shih Tzu. She asked for help and I dig into as much research as I could find. I knew a few breeders and relied heavily on their advice. After helping with this first litter I was hooked! I continued to breed for about five years and then took a break to enjoy my girls. Both passed away a few years ago so
  • What makes your program special?

We brought some new puppies into our home. They are now old enough to join our breeding program. Both girls are doing great with their first litters. They are very loving and attentive to their litters. Our boy is also trying to be involved as much as he is allowed!
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include liver, blue, red, red and white, black gold and silver, black gold and white, and black and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Jennifer went above and beyond when it came to my puppy. She drove him from Las Vegas to me in Clinton UT. She posted pictures and videos of my puppy since he was five days old. I most definitely recommend her. My puppy is perfect!
