I'm Patricia D., the breeder behind Patricia Diffey located in East Palatka, FL. This litter of five was a surprise blessing born June 15th, 2026. We kept two puppies from our first litter to complete our family of four. Why did you start breeding?
My journey started as a devoted owner. Eventually, my beloved pair had a litter, and we loved them so much we kept two. While this new litter of five was a surprise, raising them inside our home is a rewarding extension of our love for Yorkies.
What makes your program special?
Our puppies aren’t raised in a kennel, garage, or outdoor facility. They are born and raised right in the heart of our living room. From day one, they are fully integrated into our daily routine, meaning they are naturally desensitized to normal household sights and sounds like televisions, vacuums, and kitchen bustle.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Because our Yorkies are our beloved family members, our top priority is ensuring each puppy goes to a safe, permanent, and loving home.Our Screening Process:Application Review: We carefully read through every application submitted on Good Dog to understand your lifestyle, home environment, and experience with pets.Conversation: We will reach out through Good Dog messaging to chat, answer your questions, and ensure a Yorkshire Terrier is the right fit for your household.Approval & Deposit: Once you are fully approved, we will invite you to place your $100 deposit to officially secure your puppy. We reserve the right to decline an application or cancel a pending sale at any time before the puppy leaves our care if we feel the match is not in the best interest of the puppy’s physical or emotional well-being. If we choose to cancel a sale on our end, any deposit paid will be 100% refunded immediately.”

Puppy prices include a $100 non-refundable deposit and $800 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Fee includes: Age-appropriate first shots, full preventative deworming, a professional nose-to-tail physical exam with a certified vet record, and lifetime support/advice as your Yorkie grows. A $100 deposit secures your puppy, leaving an $800 balance due at pickup. Handoff usually happens around 10 weeks, depending entirely on when they finish nursing. To prevent anxiety in this sensitive toy breed, puppies only leave once fully independent and eating solid food.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
