I'm Tammy L., the breeder behind Pawsitively Precious Yorkies located in Middleburg, FL. All my parents are genetically tested and OFA tested and come with a one-year health guarantee. I breed to share the love of Yorkies. All of my dogs are loved as family members. I cherish my puppies from birth up until they are yours. I breed to carry on the yorkie standards and improve my lines.
Q. & A. with Tammy
Why did you start breeding?
My service Yorkie is soon to be 8. I loved her so much that I wanted to breed them. I used to breed mini Doxies roughly 26 years ago and loved it. But had young children, worked, and went to school so I stopped breeding for years.
What makes your program special?
My breeding dogs are treated the same as my non-breeding dogs with the exception of the extras they need. They sit on our laps, sleep in our beds, and are spoiled just the same. They are DNA and genetically tested as well as OFA tested I use Puppy Culture with my babies.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include liver, chocolate, tan and white, chocolate and tan, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
