I'm Ashtin M., the breeder behind Pecan Grove Pups located in Winnsboro, TX. Border collies and poodles being the two smartest breeds of dogs, the mix of the two make the perfect pets! The fun energy of a border collie mixed with the laid back poodle makes amazing companions! All pups will be sent to your home microchipped, vaccinated and vet checked.

Why did you start breeding?
My grandpa bred and trained Border Collies for agility competitions for 40 years and is extremely knowledgeable. He has been apart of ABCA since the 80s, and has hosted dog agility competitions and stock dog shows at his house. I grew up watching and loving border collies my whole life and eventually joined him in the business of breeding. All puppies are from his 40 year meticulously bred line.What makes your program special?
Our dogs are part of our family. They’re not a number and they aren’t used just for breeding. We truly love our dogs and care that they go to a wonderful family who will treat them just like we do. Bordoodles are very sweet dogs who bond closely with their families. They’re playful, incredibly smart, and generally low maintenance. Generally they love just about everyone and especially children.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our Bordoodle puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Leah is gentle by nature, she is very chill and enjoys taking over the couch and cuddling with us. She is intelligent and knows many commands, and she is a fantastic Mama dog. She has a short smooth coat, which is great for the Texas weather we have here. She is very small and weighs a total of 30 lbs. She is ABCA registered.
