I'm Rose C., the breeder behind Penny's from Heaven located in New York. We raise our dogs in our home right alongside our family. We love being able to match our puppies with families that are the perfect fit for their personalities. The sweet, loyal, and playful disposition of our dogs inspired us to begin responsibly breeding to expand the breed and share them with others.
