I'm Aimee E., the breeder behind Poodles of Pony Express located in Utah County, UT. All of our dogs are health tested beyond CHIC standards and have excellent temperaments. When one hears that we specialize in breeding certain colors they are often turned off by this. However, we aren’t breeding unhealthy dogs with bad temperaments or mistreating our dogs. They are loved, healthy, and amazing.
Q. & A. with Aimee
Why did you start breeding?
It started when I had my first dog who was a Border Collie, and from there my love for dogs expanded. I looked into other breeds and fell in love with the Standard Poodle! From a young age, I have been learning and educating myself about the breed and what it means to be a good breeder. I’m just starting my official program and am very excited!
What makes your program special?
We take pride in what we do and ensure our dogs are raised properly to go to a forever home that will love them as much as we do! We health test and put a lot of hard work into breeding to ensure we produce great dogs!
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red, parti, and phantom. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.
