I'm Holly P., the breeder behind PTK Ranch located in Delta, CO. PTK Ranch is a small LLC business located in the little town of Delta on the Western Slope of Colorado. We do our best to produce both physically and mentally healthy pups, which is why we health test extensively and raise our pups with a hands on, everyday learning experiences.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I was raised around horse breeding and then moved to dogs and now I absolutely love breeding dogs to be happy, healthy, and family friendly.

  • What makes your program special?

    We love our little family and all our animals. Everything we do revolves around Faith, Family, and Friends. We do business as though we were working for Christ and selling to our family and friends. We go above and beyond for health tests to produce the best puppies we can, and use Puppy Culture when rearing. We keep track of our puppies as they grow and love getting to know our buyer families.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Poodle puppies are standard size. Aussiedoodle puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Poodle puppies include parti and phantom. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Getting a puppy from Holly

Holly has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,500 - $4,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Our typical pricing is $2,000 to $3,000. If you are wanting to retain breeding rights that may be additional and we occasionally discount puppies for less. Wait List Deposit is $250 to hold your place in line. Once puppies are picked at 3 weeks old, a Puppy Choice Deposit of $250 is due. All deposits go towards the purchase price of the puppy.”

Holly may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

  • Full Embark Panel, Optimal Selection Canine Genetic Breeding Analysis

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

Their flight nanny is amazing. He kept me informed all throughout the day of delivery. The information Holly gives you regarding training, first night, food, etc is very comprehensive and helpful. He demonstrates how she cares about her puppies and a successful transition. She is a quality breeder. Now about Bentley. What an intelligent little dog. The first night he cried perhaps a minute once in his crate and then went to sleep. When he needed to be taken out during the night and returned to his crate, he immediately settled down and went to sleep. I could write a book on what an amazing puppy I got. Healthy, easily adjusted to his new environment, playful, adorable. I would without hesitation recommend PTK Ranch
