



I'm Kim A., the breeder behind Raining Ice Kennels located in Cortez, CO. Located on Hilltop Heaven Farm 40 Minutes N. of Cortez. 4 corners is a huge tourist attraction. Mesa Verde, Durango Train, Grand Canyon and more. Kim is the owner of Pawsitive Canine Connection, training using fear free methods. Ice, my stud dog, is a local celebrity AKC trick performance dog.

About Breeze
Breeze is the daughter of Ice and Shade. She has a sweet disposition, quiet, easily trained. She is following her dad as a trick performance dog. She will be bred to a red tri out of Michigan late summer 2023. All genetic clear, carries 1 copy of MDR1, stud is clear. Breeze hikes off lead, excellent recall, biddable, she has a great blend of her mom and dad. ASCA registered, big beautiful tail!

Excellent level

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Temperament Test, Canine Good Citizen (CGC)
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), DNA Profile, Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1), PawPrint Genetic Panel (Breed Specific)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
