I'm JANET RAY B., the breeder behind Reds Studio located in Hamilton, MT. Our Bostons live in our home—not kennels—& are part of everyday. They are handled by children, are confident, social & loving. Alla is expecting her 2nd & final litter (1st was exceptional). Dex, was rescued from fearful to friendly & loves everyone. We focus on health, honesty, & heart—not volume.

Why did you start breeding?
I’ve never seen myself as a large-scale breeder. I believe in limiting litters, and my girl will have no more than two. My daughter and I shared a love for Boston Terriers, and she dreamed of breeding her own. After she passed away, I chose to continue with a litter in her honor.What makes your program special?
Socialization. My dogs come to work with me every day in a boutique and salon environment, where they interact naturally with people of all ages. They often sit in clients’ laps during hair appointments, and school children stop by just to visit them. I teach these children to help with simple training—showing them that treats are earned with manners like “sit.” This daily interaction builds confident, gentle, people-loving puppies who grow up ready for family life.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include lilac, red, seal brindle and white, brindle and white, black and white, seal and white, and black brindle and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from JANET RAY
JANET RAY has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,300 - $2,300 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Price includes the puppy’s first vaccinations and vet check. Each puppy also comes with a starter pack of their current kibble, a blanket carrying mom’s scent, a familiar toy, and a t-shirt with my scent—helping them feel secure and comfortable in their new home. Once a deposit is made, you may choose or change your puppy’s name, & I will begin using it immediately. I also have a live-stream camera set up & you’ll receive an invite to watch your puppy anytime.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
