Q. & A. with Barbara
Why did you start breeding?
When our children were younger, we bred Mastiffs for years and as a family, we loved it! Now, in our fun retirement age, we decided to consider a smaller breed. Once we discovered the Cavaliers, we instantly fell in love. With our experience, we felt we could do more than just breed, we knew it was important to teach others more about the breed and to take the time to educate new owners.
What makes your program special?
Our main focus and goal is to always do the right thing. In life, love and breeding Cavaliers. They have needs and wants, just like us, that must be addressed and met, and I feel we have the ability to do just that! As our puppies move onto their forever homes, we teach the same to their new owners so everyone can feel confident moving forward in the puppy's life journey. Cavaliers are our family.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include blenheim, ruby, black and tan, and tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
