I'm Cheryl W., the breeder behind Route 66 Dachshunds located in Stroud, OK. We breed high-quality puppies. We love what we do and are committed to producing well-bred, healthy puppies for loving homes. We are a simple, family-run breeding program offering loving and loyal companions to others. We focus on quality care and health with each litter we raise.

We only have one or two litters per year so that we can devote our time to each individual puppy.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat types in your program?
Our puppies include longhaired and smooth coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red, black and cream, black and tan, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

Getting a puppy from Cheryl

Cheryl has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Cheryl partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 6 weeks old.

Price

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $600 - $1,300 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“This price includes two rounds of vaccinations, deworming, well puppy check ups as well as socialization, bed and toys and food for a week as well as several puppy training pads to get them going. In the event of illness or death deposit will be refunded or at buyers request transferred to another available puppy in current litter or future litter.”

Cheryl may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
