I'm Tanya S., the breeder behind Ruby Moon Breeders located in Timberville, VA. We offer loving family pets raised in a home environment, never a kennel. They receive early training, socialization, and tons of love! Our pets are family to us-- they are well-loved and bred with the highest standards of care, starting with their mothers. We feed them only the highest quality puppy food and a raw diet during pregnancy to ensure health for the mom and health for the puppy. Our pets are not breeders, they're our fur babies!

Why did you start breeding?
It's all Charlie's fault. He gave me "that look" and I melted and was putty in his paws, from there it escalated very quickly. We went from a calm, (sometimes) quiet little family of four to a family of nine! I never knew we could love one breed so much but they have completely stolen all of our hearts (and most of our chargers). To have a Cav is to fall in love every day!What makes your program special?
We do not have kennels. Every little pup is born a family pet, kept in our home, and loved by our family from the first moment. The right fit for these puppies will be homes that can continue loving them the way they've always known. We will keep a puppy before sending them to a bad home.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include blenheim and ruby. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
Getting a puppy from Tanya
Tanya has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Price
Puppy prices include a $600 refundable deposit and between $1,400 - $1,800 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“Also included are first shots, microchipping, registration, and a welcome puppy care package. All of our puppies are the same price regardless of color. Females require an assurance deposit that will be refunded once proof of spaying is submitted.”

Tanya may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
