I'm Paulena S., the breeder behind Sagehill Agility located in Berkeley Springs, WV. Hi ! I am Paulena Renee Simpson of Sagehill Agility A little about me and my border collies; I am a National / International dog agility competitor. I started agility in 1996 and by 1998 had already won my first National Championship! Since then, I have gone on to win 26 more National Championships with dogs I have either purchased or their offspring. I have represented TEAM USA 4 times abroad. In 2018, my border collie “Graphite” helped TEAM USA win the Bronze in The Netherlands. I am currently competing “TRIBUTE” in AKC, USDAA and UKI and he has already medaled in both USDAA and UKI! My breeding program is based on this premise- I breed when "I" am looking for my next personal potential agility champion. **Not only have I sold puppies who have gone on to win National agility events, my dogs have scent work, search and rescue, Fast Cat, Frisbee, obedience, Flyball, barn hunt, conformation and herding accolades! As part of my puppy analysis program, I often grow them out to determine not only suitability for future agility competition dogs but as active family pets. I breed about 2 litters a year which depends on the parent’s competition schedule. I offer for sale varying ages of border collies (and sporty border collie crosses) Sales can range from 8 week old puppies all the way up to well trained, almost ready to compete youngsters I have even sold Nationally ranked, proven competitors! All our dogs are DNA health tested or are from DNA tested parents. The majority of my dogs have OFA clearances (hips, shoulders and elbows). Everyone here is well socialized, travels well, has had all age-appropriate vaccinations. Our dogs live in our house. For exercise they are walked in groups of four for 2 miles daily. They also have paddock / turn out time, training time with me and of course “couch/love time!” I would be privileged to match you with the perfect border collie or sporty mix for your family!
