“A deposit is asked to hold your puppy. If the puppy does not pass a vet check only then will I refund your deposit. If for any other reason you choose not to purchase the puppy you lose your deposit. Also, if you are not able to pay off the remaining balance to the puppy when it is ready to go to new home, you forfeit the right to your refund of the deposit given.”
