I'm Jerry K., the breeder behind Sharp Ridge Rottweilers located in Catawissa, PA. Our parent Rottweilers are imported from Europe and come from excellent pedigrees. They have received the proper health testing and have excellent temperaments. Our Rottweilers love being free on the family farm. Our puppies receive lots of socialization and desensitization.

We focus on our core values of health, temperament, and structure. And our dogs are mated accordingly. Our dogs are of fine European pedigree. We do all the health testing available for this breed.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are black and mahogany. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Program update on 18 Feb. •…Our dear Rottweiler male, Voo, is ready to retire, he has been a wonderful daddy dog but has worked himself out of a job as my next mothers are either his daughters or his sisters. He is nearly 4 years old and has the best temperament you have ever seen in a Rottweiler. Voo loves children and meets strangers with kisses, expecting them to be as glad to see him as he is to see them! Voo is a big boy, weighs around 125 Ibs. He is a son of international champion Brendan Timit-Tor who weighs 150 pounds. Voo was conceived in Ukraine soon before the war began there in early 2022. He was born in Warsaw and was imported from Poland at 4 months of age. He has lived with our family ever since. Voo travels well, occasionally there's extra drooling or some car sickness if traveling on curvey roads. He enjoys riding with his head out the window! He just needs you to speak the invitation and he’ll jump right into the car. Voo is athletic and loves to run and play. In one big jump, he is on the back of the pick-up truck. Voo is the perfect Rottweiler in so many ways, he has great body, nose, and head structure. He has passed all of his health testing and is OFA hip certified Excellent. You can review all of his certifications on the OFA database and his pedigree on workingdog or pedigree database.

Program update on 18 Feb. •…Our dear little purple collar pup is ready to strike out for Arizona first thing tomorrow morning. Fiona is the last of Weselka’s puppies to leave. Here’s some photos of her today looking at herself in the mirror. Weselka has had lots of fun with her this week, but is also ready to take a break from motherhood,😀.

Litter update on 08 Feb. •…I took this photo a while the puppies were waiting to see the vet. All of the puppies passed their exams and received their DAPPV and Bordetella vaccinations. They are very precious and sweet puppies! We hope to post individual photos early in the week!

Program update on 26 Jan. •We’ve had about 12 inches of snow today! The dogs had a lot of fun in the snow and now we are happy to be snuggled in their warm beds😀

Litter update on 25 Jan. •…At 5 1/2 weeks old, Johnny and Weselka’s puppies think that every time you walk into the room, you would surely be coming to hold them all! They love cuddles and are often under foot. They are very responsive and sweet for their age. I think this is a remarkable litter in confirmation and personality. These Puppies also have fabulous heads.😀 in addition to having good appetite, these puppies have a super sense of smell! They are all alert and come on the run when they smell food on the way! Their motor skills have improved a lot, even though they are still clumsy at times! The puppies received their first Parvo vaccination this week. Their next round of vaccinations will be in two weeks. Our to-do list for the coming week includes giving the pups a round of dewormer and getting the puppies properly identified. Identification will include microchips for permanent ID and colored collars for visual ID.👍

Litter update on 21 Jan. •…Jonny and Weselka’s puppies are 4.5 weeks old now! They all have a mouthful of sharp little teeth and are thinking that it’s cooler to eat hard kibble instead of soft, soaked kibble! They still nurse several times a day but are not relying on milk anymore- they can drink water out of the dish! A new thing for the pups today was to try out the steps on our puppy playground! Two of them were brave enough to make it up two steps and one climbed up all four so she could get to my sister! All the puppies saw our vet on Monday for an initial exam and all of them passed! They will have one more exam on February 5th for their health certificates! All the male puppies in this litter are reserved, two of the girls are still available! The go-home date for these babies is Valentine’s Day, February 14th!

Voo is a huge, handsome Rottweiler male. When you meet Voo, he will sit his big self and your feet and lick you very gently with his huge tongue. A a son of International Champion Brendon Timit Tor and grandson of International Champion Doctor Timit Tor, Voo Teren is a very promising 2 year old male. Voo is well on the way to becoming as large as his 150 pound father. Voo has excellent structure, excellent hips & elbows, and moves with ease and speed! He is super gentle and loving with people, cats, and puppies. We couldn't be more pleased with Voo Teren!

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

This was the best experience. Sharp Ridge Rottweilers were able to answer our every question and provide additional information. You can see the care they have for all their animals. When we went to pick out our puppy we got introduced to the mom and the uncle. They were so loving and sweet. We were able to find our little Da Vinci. He has been the sweetest boy, and has taken to all our kids. From start to finish we would highly recommend them to everyone.

Jerry and Katie were great to work with . They were very knowledgeable and responsive. The kennels were very clean. They supplied us with a binder filled with pictures, vet records, and family tree .
