All of our puppies are socialized, nurtured, and loved! It’s been such a pleasure to be able to watch every stage of puppy life! I got my first Shih tzu 19 years ago and fell in love with this breedWhat makes your program special?
We dont line or inbreed, our Shih tzu are family and treated like my human children. We love and handle babies from the time they are born as weLl as our moms and sires.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Getting a puppy from JOANN
JOANN has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $500 deposit and between $1,000 - $1,300 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“If a baby passes away the deposit can be put on another baby up to 6 months. If buyer changes their mind and doesn't pick up a baby the deposit if nonrefundable.”

JOANN may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
