I'm JOANN S., the breeder behind Shedd's Shih Tzus located in Lawrenceburg, Tn, TN. We hold ourselves to high standards for the integrity of our program. All of our puppies are socialized, nurtured, and loved! It’s been such a pleasure to be able to watch every stage of puppy life! We’re so lucky to be able to do this and match wonderful families with our perfect puppies.

    I got my first Shih tzu 19 years ago and fell in love with this breed

  • What makes your program special?

    We dont line or inbreed, our Shih tzu are family and treated like my human children. We love and handle babies from the time they are born as weLl as our moms and sires.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from JOANN

After buyers complete the application and screening process, JOANN partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $550 non-refundable deposit and between $1,000 - $1,250 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“If a baby passes away the deposit can be put on another baby up to 6 months. If buyer changes their mind and doesn't pick up a baby the deposit if nonrefundable.”

Contract & health guarantee

JOANN may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
