I'm Amy S., the breeder behind Sherman Family Farm's Cavaliers located in Elkland, MO. It is our goal to produce adorable, affectionate Cavalier King Charles puppies that are healthy, well-tempered, and make wonderful companions. We want to do our part to produce wonderful, healthy dogs that can bring other people joy as well, and we strive to provide each of our puppies with loving homes where they can live happy lives.
Q. & A. with Amy
Why did you start breeding?
Our deer friend Jina Ezzel with Kalama Cavaliers has a long beautiful history in breeding wonderful, health tested and well adjusted puppies. I always have loved visiting her home and snuggling those precious puppies and adult dogs. Spaniels have always had a special place in my heart and I had dreamed of one day becoming a breeder. Under Jina's guidance, we picked our two girls from her litters.
What makes your program special?
We know you could go anywhere for your new beautiful pup. But for us we want to health test to our fullest availability so we can feel good about providing not only the adorable Cavalier features and temperaments, but also giving people the assurance that their new family member is coming from healthy lines and a loving home.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
