I'm Lisa M., the breeder behind Shih Tzu Babies located in Chipley, FL. We are lifelong dog enthusiasts, and we’re excited to share our passion and purpose with others through our breeding program. We are a small, in-home breeding program where we prioritize giving each dog and puppy the best care that we can. We cherish all of our animals and enjoy sharing the love of this breed with other individuals and families!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I started hobby breeding about 20 years ago with my pugs. I began breeding for personal reasons as I wanted a puppy from my girl, Bug. Bug was healthy and beautiful and everyone wanted one of her puppies. I decided to continue occasional breeding because, as it turns out, there were not many options for healthy and socialized puppies. I wanted to provide an option.

  • What makes your program special?

    All of my dogs are happy and healthy. Every litter is carefully planned and I will not breed a dam until 2 years old. I begin socializing with the puppies as soon as they are born and continue until they leave. My puppies are born into a loving environment and when I retire my girls, I will not adopt them out. They are family for life. Vet care and health certifications come with my puppies.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our Shihpoo puppies are mini size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Shihpoo puppies include gold and white, red and white, liver and white, liver, blue and white, black white and silver, and black. Shih Tzu puppies include tricolor, liver, brindle and white, blue and white, black gold and white, red and white, gold and white, and black and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Lisa

Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $800 - $3,300 final payment, before taxes & fees.

    When I started my search for a new puppy, I was more than nervous to look online.. but I am so happy I did! I came across Lisa’s page and realized that her prices were very reasonable compared to some of the $3,000 listings I had come across. Saying that working with Lisa was an incredible experience would be an understatement. After loosing my Shih Tzu of 21 years, I knew no other breed would be an option for me and my family. I am the definition of a “crazy dog mom”, I had so many questions, asked for frequent updates, wanted pictures and videos of my new baby and so much more. Lisa was always happy to update me on how Mila was doing and sent me pictures weekly! Mila came with her official papers, veterinary certification of health (as a veterinary assistant this is a must for me), and Lisa even gave me a goody bag with her current food, pee pads, a stuffed animal with her litter mates scent, and a cute little bow! Mila is 5 months old now, almost completely potty trained, healthy, playful and the sweetest baby ever! She loves to give kisses and will cuddle and nap with me for hours. Mila is the PERFECT companion for me and my little family. If you are looking for a puppy to complete your family, I promise you will not be disappointed with Fuller Shih Tzus!     After looking and being scammed on trying to buy a Shih-Tzu , I found Lisa Fuller on Good Dog and she lived about an hour away . She agreed for me to drive over to see the little girl . . Sassy , ( I named her ) was the last of the litter and runt . Vet checked and her 1st set of shots were done. And Lisa had a little goody bag with food , bows , potty pads and vet papers .     Our experience with Lisa was stellar. She FaceTimed with us before we made our decision, took deposit through GoodDog so I felt safe in that aspect, and she sent us pictures weekly. We drove to her to pick up Hazel and she was on time and well-prepared. The best part… we believe she bred a near perfect puppy. Hazel is smart and eager to learn. She is doing great with crate training and potty training. And she’s just the sweetest pup. We’re so thankful to Lisa for loving on her and raising her until she was old enough to get to our family.
