I'm Hayley B., the breeder behind Shih Tzu’s Creek located in Geneva, FL. I’m a wife, Mama, and lifelong dog lover. I’ve been a professional groomer since 2012 and have 10+ years of experience in animal behavior and husbandry. I was raised around family breeding dogs and love giving puppies a safe, loving start before joining their new families.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I grew up in a family that bred dogs, so I was fortunate to learn from a young age what goes into raising and caring for them. My love for animals led me to become a professional groomer in 2012 and gain experience in animal behavior and husbandry. Breeding has allowed me to combine that experience with something I truly love—raising puppies with care and preparing them for their new families.

  • What makes your program special?

    Our puppies are raised in our home and become part of our family from day one. I focus on creating a clean, safe, and loving environment where each puppy receives individual attention, gentle handling, and early socialization. My goal is to help each puppy grow into a confident, well-adjusted companion ready to be loved by their new family.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include tricolor, chocolate and tan, chocolate, liver, gold, red, black white and silver, red and white, liver and white, gold and white, brindle and white, and brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Hayley

Hayley has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Hayley partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 6 weeks old.

“We take great care and placing each puppy with their right family. Puppies are matched once they’re old enough to evaluate their temperament in personalities. This happens typically around 6 to 8 weeks. Every puppy is different so the dates may vary, depending on development.”

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,000 - $1,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Price includes but not subject to paperwork with AKC and/or CKC puppy pack, first shots and deworming, gift bag, micro chipped,and a free mini groom before you take home the puppy. We want all puppies to go home to the best possible families so before deposit is taken a screening process and puppy contract will be talked over before hand.”

Contract & health guarantee

Hayley may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
