  • Why did you start breeding?

    What started as simply owning and loving dogs quickly turned into years of studying pedigrees, genetics, behavior, health, and breed standards. The deeper I dug, the more I realized how important responsible breeding truly is. A well-bred dog doesn't happen by accident-it comes from planning, experience, honesty, and being willing to put the breed above ego.

    What truly separates our program is the level of thought and dedication behind it. We're extremely selective about the dogs I keep, the bloodlines we incorporate, and the homes our puppies go to. We believe quality matters & We're committed to continuously improving with every generation. My dogs aren't just bred-they're built with Purpose.

    Our Dachshund puppies include miniature and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

  • Congenital Deafness (BAER, registered with OFA)

    A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.

  • Hereditary (Juvenile) Cataracts (HC; JC), Hyperuricosuria (HUU), Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), Multifocal Retinopathy 1 (CMR1)

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
