Dawn & Robert made buying a puppy online such a pleasurable experience. They were great at understanding our concerns, given we were buying sight unseen from across the US. Communication was down to earth honest and open. They were so knowledgeable and helpful. We especially liked the frequent photo and video updates of our little fur baby.
