All of our puppies are bred, raised, and loved indoors to produce happy, healthy pets for those seeking the best family companion! Our journey began over 10 years ago, inspired by the loving memory or our granddaughter, Kearstin Nicole Howard. Kearstin's love for animals and her joyful spirit continue to inspire us every day. To honor her memory, we founded this business with a commitment to raising championship bloodline puppies with unmatched love, care, and affection.What makes your program special?

Getting a puppy from Cynthia
Cynthia has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $350 non-refundable deposit and between $1,800 - $1,900 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Your new fur baby comes with a 1 year health guarantee, 1st round of vaccinations, AKC limited registration, microchipped and puppy kit and DNA /Health testing. All our puppies are not the same price Boys 2150.00 and girls $2250.00 The deposit includes registration, microchip, first set of vaccinations and check up, and DNA/Health testing.”

Litter update on 08 May 2025 •…This adorable little puppy will melt your heart. Red boy loves to explore, cuddle, play with his siblings. Red boy is actually my pick out of this litter, the look he gives you. Please pick me up mommy and CB play with me. Red boy absolutely loves to play and explore with or without his siblings. Beautiful personality and loves everyone. His nose is really really cute but now it’s starting to turn black like the other pups.

I bonded with Cynthia immediately! She was so responsive and answered all of my questions! Sent daily photos and videos as Jake grew. Awesome and knowledgeable! When we met, I felt like we had known each other forever! Our meeting was great! I got tons of puppy kisses! His fur is like white silk! I got all the same grooming products, food and treats. He slept in his carrier all the way from Dallas to Albuquerque without a peep! Jake settled right in, and slept all night on my bed next to me on his Jake blanket! This morning he is running and playing and exploring! And I have a lifelong friend in Cynthia! She loves her babies, socializes them well! I got the best of his litter!

From my first inquiry about her Bichon puppies, I knew Cynthia was someone extraordinary! She had such empathy about the recent loss of Alvin, my 11 year old Bichon. She understood exactly how heartbroken I was. Her prompt responses to my inquiries about her puppies, her kindness, compassion, and her evident love for her dogs, was remarkable. They are clearly part of her family!! Cynthia kept me up to date when the puppies were born. She followed with pictures, and updates, as they grew and progressed. Her videos and pictures, as well as her special photo shoots with the puppies were priceless! The way she has integrated the puppies into her own home, is evidence of how her entire family plays a role with her well adjusted puppies! I met Cynthia, along with her husband Richard, and her sister in law, in Oklahoma City. They all are connected to the puppies and devoted to finding them good, loving homes. Along with my precious Clarence, (all decked out in his Christmas sweater) I received an amazing bag of goodies for him too! Cynthia thought of EVERYTHING I could possibly need for our travels back to Kansas! There was a precious, warm blanket, personalized with his name on it, photos, and his siblings scent! There were toys he loves, food, treats, pee pads, teething rings, and More!! An abundance of useful items and necessities were in Clarence's bag! I feel beyond blessed, and very grateful to have found Cynthia! The kindness and love she and her family extend is phenomenal. Clarence is exactly the little ball of love, joy, and fluff, that our home needed! He is settling in very well! Adopting from Cynthia and her team was the best experience! From the time we selected our puppy, Cynthia sent at least weekly (and sometimes more often) pictures and videos of our puppy and his siblings as they grew and learned to play with each other. The pictures really brought joy and laughter to us as we watched their progress. Picking up our puppy was absolutely seamless....from scheduling the day/time, to the entire package she had prepared for us to get us started with caring for our puppy - including a special blanket with his pictures and birthdate. I highly recommend Cynthia and her team. Our puppy was the smallest of the litter but he has grown by leaps and bounds and is absolutely just pure joy!!

I was looking for a Bichon breeder for months until I found Cynthia and I knew she was the right one. She is the most amazing person and loves all the dogs so much.
