I'm Tracy S., the breeder behind Snyder’s Loyal Goldens located in Saint Augustine, FL. We have been breeding for several years. We have produced several service animals and therapy dogs. Most of our puppies go on to loving family homes and become best friends. We have had full genetic panels done on our dogs, as well as some hip, elbow and heart certifications.
Q. & A. with Tracy
Why did you start breeding?
When we got Nellie, we got her as a companion for me. I had just been in a terrible accident nearly losing my life and did lose my leg. Nellie kept me company on all my days. We decided to add another golden and with him and his personality, knew we should share. Once old enough both were bred. We have loved the joy our pups bring to other families. Several becoming service dogs or therapy dogs.
What makes your program special?
I think what makes our program special is the family atmosphere our pups are brought up in. Our kids and grandkids love playing with the puppies. We all work together to take care of them and expose them to many stimuli. They are exposed to noises, sights and textures that others may not be. We also work on crate training and potty training to give more of a head start.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are golden. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.

Tracy from Snyder's Loyal Goldens was very responsive from the beginning! We got matched really quickly and even got to meet our puppy Samson in advance, when he was just a few weeks old. We got him right at 8 weeks and he's a joy! He's growing about 3 lbs a week and is probably going to be as big as his daddy at around 80 lbs. Just look at those paws! Tracy is really easy to work with and we would definitely get another puppy from her in the future if we decide on another golden.
