I'm Starlett C., the breeder behind Stardust Rottweilers located in Charleston, WV. We offer some of the top Champion and European Lines in the world. Our dogs are bred for work, show, or just a family companion! All of our dogs are tested for JLPP OFA hips and elbows as well as are cardiac clear. Our standard is to produce the top quality Rottweiler as close to the breed standard. We are always available for our puppy owners, and have made so many friends along the way, near and far!

Why did you start breeding?
While titling my dogs with CD titles and then training for Utility Degree and numerous blue ribbons in the Conformation ring, we decided to breed our smartest and best-pedigreed dogs with occasional litters. It is such an honor to preserve the line of these incredible dogs all the while creating companionship for others!What makes your program special?
My absolute dedication to the breed is what makes my program special. I strive to keep the breed pure and produce puppies according to the AKC standard. All genetic and health testing has been done on all parents. I believe in quality, not quantity, and make every buyer part of the Stardust’s Rottweilers family!Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
Getting a puppy from Starlett
Starlett has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,500 - $2,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“All deposits are non-refundable. If for some reason there is not enough puppies or the sex that you wanted, the refund will be transferred to a comparable litter. All litters will not be the same. Each will depend on the bloodline and sire and dam. No exceptions will be made to the deposit. No buyer's remorse or wanting to purchase from another buyer or just deciding you changed your mind for any reason including acts of God.”
Contract & health guarantee
Starlett may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
