As conscientious breeders, we are proud of the loving, smart, beautiful, and sound puppies we’re able to provide for others.   • Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

    I can't say enough good things about our experience with Summer. She was friendly, knowledgeable about Yorkies and accessable. I fell in love with our pup from the first moment I saw her on the Good Dog site. We were too far away for a visit, but Summer was more than happy to do a video chat. I was able to see our pup in action, interacting with her siblings. It was obvious that Summers pups were well cared for and were treated like members of the family. Our little Simcha is now six months old a a pure joy. She and her litter mates were on the larger size for Yorkies and that really appealed to me. She is a bit sturdier than the smaller Yorkies, which makes me more confident of her interacting with my young grandchildren. Good Dog made the process safe and easy, from my initial contact with Summer to providing a secure method for payment. I would highly recommend Good Dog (and definitely Summer) if you are looking for a safe and secure way to purchase a new puppy.

    Summer was very responsive and provided pictures and offered to video chat with the puppy for us. Ultimately we decided to take a drive out to see him in person instead. He’s such a sweet boy and we fell in love instantly. Summer provided us with all his vaccination information and vet records and even sent him off with food, puppy pads and a toy to get us started. I would highly recommend working with Summer for your Yorkie baby and if we decide to add to our brood again we will be reaching out to Summer!

    We named this adorable little guy Bowie. He’s become the best friend of my older dog, River. I saw him on Good Dog on a Monday morning and immediately sent a note to Summer.
