  • Why did you start breeding?

    I just loved the breed. They give you so much love.

  • What makes your program special?

    All of my babies are raised in my home and they are well socialized when they go to their new homes. They are well breed puppies.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include tan and white, liver, chocolate, tan and white, chocolate and tan, black and gold, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Ann

Ann has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Ann partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,000 - $3,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes , Vet Health check, first shots, puppy packs,bed, blanket,toys,food. Some of my puppies are pet only. We do require a 500.00 no refundable deposit. It may be applied to another puppy.”

Contract & health guarantee

Ann may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

  • Vet Wellness Exam

    A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.

  • DNA Disease Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    Ann was so wonderful to start our journey with. And along with Good Dog, helped make the process from start to finish really easy. Ann was very responsive during our conversations and answered any questions we had. During our in person meeting to get our new baby Cooper, she was very sweet and comfortable to be around. While talking with her, you could tell she was very passionate about her dogs and the breed. She wasn’t your typical breeder. She loved the puppies as if they were her personal babies. She loved what she did and wanted to share it with others who loved the breed. After we parted ways, we felt truly comfortable with the decision we made in our new baby and working with Ann. Since then, Cooper has flourished. Very healthy and thriving. He has come into his own personality and has become comfortable in his new home and surroundings. He looooves his older brother so much. They have become inseparable and feel lost without the other.
