Why did you start breeding?
We rescued a female Cocker from the street where someone had just abandon her. She stayed by the church for 2 days. We couldn't bear it any longer so we brought her home. Her ears were infected and she was covered in ticks. Needless to say we had her spayed and medically taken care of. We called her different names until she perked up at one "Lizzy". She looked like "Lady" in "Lady and the Tramp". She was soooo sweet! Loved to be loved and it melted our hearts. Now we were hooked. We did not know how old she was, the vet said at least 6, 7 years. So we got to enjoy her love for the next 6 years. We purchased a cocker puppy 2 years before she died as a companion for her and for us.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red and buff. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

“All puppies will be up to date on appropriate vaccinations and worming. They will have their AKC registration forms Mom is Dual registered with CKC and AKC Dad is registered with AKC Included will be a copy of puppies pedigree. Deposits will be REFUNDED ONLY if something happens to the puppy WHILE IN MY CARE, such as gets hurt, dies or becomes sick.”

I really appreciate Anne walking me thru the process and answering all of my questions to help me feel comfortable and this is not a scam. Anne is very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I am so appreciative she held my hand thru the process. Amazing. She kept me informed of the puppy with pics, videos and weekly updates of the process. It was fun getting to see the babies grow and get ready to come home. Anne offered suggestions on what worked with other liter mates. Like the cuddle puppy with a beating heart, great idea. She provide a packet of taking a puppy home, what to expect, etc. Shots deforming information. Very informative and helpful. Picking up Harlow was perfect. I felt like I was seeing my friend I haven't seen in a long time, it was great. I was so fun seeing the baby interacting with her and her husband, so sweet. I was so happy too see how loved and happy he was. The transition was flawless. Excellent experience and if I want another baby some day, I would different reach out to Anne again. Anne, was amazing through the whole process! From answering my questions when I was searching for my new pup, til getting the pup. Our pup (waffles) is an amazing little guy! He is sweet and very smart. The very first night I brought him home, I took him to the backyard to pee and he started sitting by the door to go pee after..take in mind this pup is only 9 weeks! He sleeps in his crate all night,doesn’t cry at all! He truly comes from great parents! Anne is truly dedicated to this, it shows in her puppy’s! So glad I found my dream doggie!

We picked up out female cocker spaniel on November 24, 2023 at Anne’s home outside of Trinidad, Colorado and drove to Albuquerque, New Mexico in a snow storm. We named our puppy Roxie. She has fit right in with our older Springer Spaniel and our cat. She’s the center of everybody’s attention. She has a very loving disposition and has become our lap dog. We have a doggie door that she has learned quickly to go in and out to use the backyard and play. We were grateful to have found Anne and our new cocker spaniel.

+5My husband and I found Anne from Sweet Cockers on Good Dog when looking for a Cocker Spaniel puppy. Anne was quick to respond to any and all questions initially and we met in person soon after. We knew after that first visit that this was where we wanted to get our pup. We were so pleased that Anne was willing to honor our request and not clip our pup's tail which was our personal choice. For the next 8 weeks, Anne kept in continual contact sharing updates and photos of our baby Jasmine. Anne also encouraged and allowed us to visit anytime we were in town. Jasmine came home at 8 weeks and as a result of Anne's attention to her pups, Jasmine already knew her name well. Jasmine has an amazing temperament, is very smart and a beautiful puppy. Thank you, Good Dog, for connecting us to not only to a great breeder but now our family friends Anne and her husband. My only suggestion... change your name from "Anne from Sweet Cockers" to "Cockers from Sweet Anne".
