I'm Annette F., the breeder behind Sweet Honey Poodles of Virginia located in Spotsylvania, VA. We have gone to great efforts to breed for healthy beautiful pet poodles of wonderful temperament in the exceptional red color. Genetic testing as well as OFA testing has been done for all sires and dams. Our dogs live in our home, not in a kennel, with the family, socializing with us. Our dogs are DNA health tested, and OFA certified. We are willing to spend the money for quality breeding dogs in order to produce quality puppies. The value in spending the money for health testing is to prevent long term health issues down the road for the dams and sires, and for their puppies. It would not take more than 1 or 2 ER visits to cost much more than would be spent on a puppy. This helps our customers avoid costly healthcare costs.

Price
“Non-fundable $300 deposit reserves puppy and goes towards the price of the puppy. Includes puppy shots, worming, potty training, crate training and socialization. It does not include the required Virginia State Sales Tax of 5.3%. Please be sure to add that to the puppy payment. . Deposit is accepted to reserve the puppy and will go toward the price of the puppy.”

About Sophie (aka Fifi)
Our newest dam, Sophie, Lyons's Just Like Miette (aka Fifi) is a new addition to our family! Sophie is an Apricot ye Miniature Poodle, yet looks Cream with Apricot on her ears. Sophie weighs 16 lbs and 14" at the shoulder. Wisdom Panel Results are uploaded. Additional OFA testing results will up loaded when we receive the results. Sophie is a loveable, playful dog with lots of love to share with us and is a very loving and attentive mother to her puppies.

Meet Sweet Honey’s Jasper, our delightful apricot miniature poodle! Initially a solid red, Jasper has grown into a stunning apricot coat. Standing 13 inches at the shoulder and weighing almost 14 lbs, he’s the perfect blend of charm and cuteness. OFA Testing: Cardiac, Eyes & Patella: NORMAL With champions in both his sire and dam’s pedigree, Jasper not only boasts an impressive lineage but also has a sweet and easygoing temperament. His loving nature makes him a cherished member of our family. Since he came to our home, Jasper has brought endless joy to our lives and has sired beautiful red puppies of his own. He’s also undergone OFA and genetic testing, showing normal/clear results for prcd mutation and rcd4 tests for PRA, with additional excellent genetic results available through Wisdom Health upon request. We’re so happy to have Jasper, who continues to bring love and happiness into our home!
