I'm Nabila O., the breeder behind SWFL Happy Dogs located in Lehigh Acres, FL. 🐾 SWFL Happy Dogs is a family-based Shiba Inu breeding program in SWFL, focused on raising healthy, pure, and well-tempered Shibas. Our dogs are DNA-tested and AKC, ACA, or APRI registered. Each puppy is raised in our home with love and care to ensure lifelong happiness. 🌸.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    My love for Shiba Inus began with Akira and her bold spirit and loyal nature. After years of learning and living with them, I felt inspired to preserve the breed’s health and authenticity through ethical, family-based breeding. Each litter reflects my passion, care, and respect for this remarkable breed. 🐾

  • What makes your program special?

    What makes SWFL Happy Dogs special is the heart and intention behind every litter. My Shibas are family first, not kennel dogs — they live in my home, share my daily life, and receive love, structure, and individual attention from birth.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include cream, red, black and tan, and sesame. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Nabila

Nabila has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,000 - $3,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.
Pay over time with Klarna.

"This price also includes registration and pedigree from either AKC, ACA, or APR. Each puppy comes with a medical record, a microchip, and a copy of both parent's DNA tests. The deposit is to guarantee and hold the puppy for the buyer. The deposit will be deducted from the original price. The buyer has until the puppy is 11 weeks of age to pick up the puppy or arrange pickup."

Nabila may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

  • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

  • DNA Disease Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    SWFL.. Nabila was beyond educated about the breed and how to raise dogs in general. Her canine family is raised in pristine conditions and the dogs are super loved. My pup came with a clean bill health, all registration paper's and 4 generations of pure bred liniage. If I could have afforded 2 I'd have taken a second one.. maybe down the road will get him a a younger brother or sister
