I'm Tinker P., the breeder behind Tinkerpups located in California. We are dedicated to always providing our buyers and our puppies with a positive experience, which includes remaining committed to responsible practices when it comes to breeding, training, and rehoming our puppies.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I truly understand the needs of families and dog ownership. What I've found is that many homes require a smaller hypoallergenic dog that can still keep up with fun family outings.  A large number of families also come with needs for an emotional support service dog that they can easily bring to all venues to provide the assistance they are trained for.

  • What makes your program special?

    Our mission at Tinker Pups is simple: to provide high-quality services for our valued clients. From the veterinary services to our dog trainers we all are very engaged with communicating client needs and ensuring we all are working towards the same end goal. All our puppies go home with a 30day insurance plan, coverage through Trupanion. Additionally, we microchip all our puppies with Fi Nano.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our Poodle puppies include toy and miniature sizes. Cavapoo puppies are toy size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Poodle puppies include sable, apricot, black, blue, brown, cafe au lait, cream, red, gray, silver, silver-beige, white, parti, phantom, and brindle. Cavapoo puppies include tri-color, blenheim, black and white, black and tan, black, and apricot. Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppies include blenheim, tri-color, black and white, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

  • Episodic Falling Syndrome (EFS), Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Muscular Dystrophy (CKCS-MD), DNA Disease Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    What can I say? Patty was wonderful. She explained everything to me and was very helpful thru the entire process. She loves her baby pups and it shows. I adopted a cavapoo. I named her Melda. She’s such a happy, healthy baby girl. I was searching for sometime and I came across Tinkerpups. I’m so grateful that I found Patty. She’s super sweet and so well informed about the breeds.     Patty was a joy to work with. She answered all our questions, sent pictures and videos of our pups which made the decision easy. You can tell Patty loves the pups and they get the best care until they find their fur-ever family.     After searching many websites for Cavapoo puppies, we chose to work with Good Dog. We found Tinkerpups. Patty was wonderful to work with. She was willing to do a face time of the puppies and kept us informed as they grew to the age, we could pick her up. She set up a meeting 1/2 way between us to pick up our new puppy, Ellie. Good Dog tracks the money exchange and we pay when we picked up our puppy. I felt safe with the transaction. Ellie came with her health records, food, and a basket of new toys.
