Meet the breeder

I'm Caleb K., the breeder behind TLC Pups located in Wooster, OH. We built our program with care and intention in every step. We are passionate about the health and well-being of this breed, and it is our goal to provide each dog that comes from our program with a solid foundation of good health, neurological development, and loving care.

Q. & A. with Caleb

  • Why did you start breeding?

Several long time breeders advised us in beginning. 2023 was our first litter.
  • What makes your program special?

    1. Health and temperament are both qualifying factors when planning a breeding. We only breed if the dog has a great disposition and has passed health screening. 2. Our family. With lots of hands we are able to give the dogs and puppies hours of care and play. From the time of birth till they go home there is always something to be done in guiding their development.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppies are tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in a kennel on my property.
