I'm Tonya W., the breeder behind To-Sa’s Kennel located in China Grove, NC. We’re proud of the healthy, affectionate, and behaviorally well-rounded puppies we raise for other families to love! As breeders, we are very selective in our breeding decisions. We prioritize maintaining a manageable breeding program to allow individual socialization of each puppy.
Q. & A. with Tonya
Why did you start breeding?
My grandmother past her love of breeding Boston Terriers down to me. While searching for a sire for one of my girls I found my show mentor.
With the IG's I fell in love with a pup that later became my top winning owner handled Italian Greyhound.
What makes your program special?
I have kept the same values throughout my breeding program. I want to produce a pup that not only meets the standard in looks but has the characteristics that are so important to that breed. My hope is to match you with a lifelong partner that you can enjoy for years. References available upon request
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Boston Terrier puppies are black brindle and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Tonya was so responsive and knowledgeable about the breed. She stayed in touch with me and sent me updates regularly on our puppy. Tonya made the process of receiving our puppy an easy effortless process with her travel nanny. She was willing to work this us and our schedules. Good Dog made the process so easy, from the initial connection with Tonya to arranging pick up and paying securely. I'm so glad I found Tonya through Good Dog, and we couldn't be happier.
Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
