I'm Tanya N., the breeder behind Tumbling Shoals Hilltop Bostons located in Millers Creek, NC. Every puppy we raise is adored as part of our family from birth. Our puppies will complete your home, your family, and your heart! We raise our dogs and our puppies in our home right alongside our family.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I grew up right here on this farm. So I've bred many different animals. I started breeding dogs as a teenager. I have bred several different breeds. Since 2010 I've been exclusively breeding only Boston Terriers.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include seal brindle and white, black and white, brindle and white, and black brindle and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Tanya

Tanya has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $1,200 - $1,600 final payment, before taxes & fees.
Pay over time with Klarna.

“All payments must go thru Good Dog must be completed four days prior to pick up and paid in full. This will give the payment time to clear the bank. If you choose to go thru Klarna's payment plan, just no you are responsible for paying the final payment if you are not approved by Klarna. Remember the $200 holding fee is non-refundable and will not refunded because you are not approved by Klarna. The price includes AKC or CKC registration, first vaccine, deworming, well vet check up, microchipped, 30 days free pet insurance and a goodie bag. Breeding rights are available to approve breeders for a extra fee. Holding fee is non-refundable unless something happens to the puppy while in my care.”

    Tanya was wonderful to work with. Very quick to respond to messages and sent us regular pictures and updates. The little wolves potty tray she uses with the pups has been a game changer and well worth the purchase. Potty training is coming along quicker than expected. Louis aka Louie is a dream come true. We’re so in love and I think he is too. When I retire in a few years I’ll be back to get him a little sibling.

    Tanya was great to work with in getting our new family member. She was very responsive and sent weekly photos and videos. Peter Parker who is now Brownie is a total sweetheart. You could tell he was raised from the beginning around people and was super comfortable snuggling right up. He's also been very healthy and happy.     Tanya is the best! My pup is healthy and handsome, and Tanya was great to work with. She helped me avoid a terrible snow storm by letting me get him a few days early. She sent me weekly pictures so I could see his progress as I waited for him to be old enough to come home with me. She provided a gift bag with a blanket, stuffed plush toy, food, pee mats, collar, leash, poop bags, and other useful items. It was a smooth and satisfying process and I highly recommend her and TSHB. I’ll say it again, she’s the best.
