I'm Justin L., the breeder behind Turn Around Hounds located in Pennsylvania. Our goal is to raise happy and healthy puppies that will make the perfect addition to your family! Our Rottweiler, Indie, is AKC registered, has been genetically cleared through Embark (including JLPP), and has hip and elbow certification through PennHIP & OFA. She is a sweet girl with a very low-key temperament who loves to cuddle and play.

Why did you start breeding?
We often get complimented by friends and even strangers on how sweet and beautiful our dogs are. They've been such wonderful companions to our family that we decided to offer other families the same joy we've found.What makes your program special?
Our dogs are raised as a part of our family and are around children and a variety of other animals every day on our small homestead. They have been genetically cleared and have had other breed-related testing. We work hard to ensure we are raising healthy puppies and giving them their best start.
Getting a puppy from Justin
Justin has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
“Puppies will have vet clearances, their first round of vaccines, dewormer, and respective AKC registration. The $2,500 price is for our companion contract with only a limited registration.”

About Indie
Indie is a female Rottweiler. Carefully selected as a great representative of her breed, Justin decided to make her part of their program. Justin has passed Good Dog’s screening process, which involved a review of their breeding practices, environment, and the mental and physical health of their dogs.
Parent health testing

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Full Embark Panel, DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
