I'm Sarah W., the breeder behind Turnpike Creek Canines located in Milan, GA. We’re Drew and Sarah Williams of Turnpike Creek Canines! We live on a 5th generation registered black Angus Cattle farm. Our Australian Cattle Dogs, also called Heelers, are more than just pets, they’re our work partners and families members, too!
Q. & A. with Sarah
Why did you start breeding?
Family tradition! Drew's father got his first heeler when he was in college, so when Drew left for college, he followed in his father's footsteps, and Tutu became his first love. Shortly after we met, we added Tippy to our little family and the rest is history!
What makes your program special?
Heelers and cattle go together like peanut butter and jelly! Our Australian Cattle Dogs, also called Heelers, are more than just pets, they’re our work partners and families members, too! We ensure our pups are well rounded and exposed to all kinds of socialization and experiences to make sure they are the perfect fir for your lifestyle!
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are blue. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
