I'm Myriah S., the breeder behind Uptown Doxies LLC located in Middlefield, CT. We offer top quality AKC long-haired mini dachshunds, as loving family pets. My dogs are bred for health and temperament with focus on conformation, intelligence and to "better the breed" My dogs are bred in my home and they are family.

Why did you start breeding?
I got involved with breeding through my breeder who has made it his lifes mission for over 35 years to better the breed. After four of my own mini doxies, I knew I wanted to carry on in my breeders footsteps and continue the line he had so meticulously bred. He has been my greates mentor in the past years with all the knowledge, insight and attention to detail. I am proud to continue the reputable line and help to make beautiful, healthy, happy puppies for many blessed families to come.What makes your program special?
My breeding program is special because all my sires, dams, and puppies are treated as family. When not in heat, my dogs are always running around happily playing or cuddling with each other, they are also constantly held and loved by family members. When a puppy goes to its forever home, it is socialized with people and other dogs.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat types in your program?

Getting a puppy from Myriah
Myriah has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Price
Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,500 - $3,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“Price includes the guarantee, AKC registration, first round of vaccinations, deworming, puppy socialization, puppy starter kit, bag of food, and puppy care instructions. All of our puppies are the same price regardless of size or color. Each puppy ces with registration and microchipped.”
