I'm Dwayne & Sara Y., the breeder behind Vom Haus Joder Rottweilers located in Sugarcreek, OH. Our dogs are bred for health and temperament, with a focus on confirmation, athleticism, and intelligence. We are dedicated to providing families with a Happy, Healthy Family Pets.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    My Husband has always loved the breed rottweiler. We adopted our first rottweiler in 2021 as our family pet. A year later we decided to try a litter with a good quality breeding male. It was a great experience and so much fun caring for the mom and her puppies. As the years went by we added to the rottweiler family a male and a couple females. We are enjoying every minute of our Rottweiler dogs and puppies. We moved to a property that better fits our needs, in hopes to raise quality rottweiler puppies.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies are black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

    They live in a kennel on my property.

Getting a puppy from Dwayne & Sara

Dwayne & Sara has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Dwayne & Sara partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 6 weeks old.

“Puppies are matched once they're old enough for us to evaluate their temperament and personalities - typically around 7 -8 weeks.”

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,000 - $2,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes the guarantee, AKC paperwork, First rounds of dewormer, vaccinations, and puppy socialization. All of our puppies are the same price regardless of size or color.”

Contract & health guarantee

Dwayne & Sara may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
