I'm Moriah G., the breeder behind Von Dara Rottweilers located in Meadowview, VA. AKC Breeders of H.E.A.R.T focused on breeding healthy & stable Rottweilers. We focus on using AKC & Sieger champions to produce both the Rottweiler which best fits the breed standard and excel in the working ring.

Why did you start breeding?
We have always loved dogs and were excited to establish our breeding program. We have loved the journey and we are proud breeders of Rottweilers with a focus on temperament and the overall mental and physical health of our puppies. Our Rotties have proven to be wonderful companions in our lives, and it is a privilege to share that love and friendship with others.What makes your program special?
Our dogs are AKC registered, and health tested. Our dogs are family members first & working dogs second. They each have unique personalities, yet never cease to amaze with their intelligence. We fully health test the dogs through genetic screening (JLPP, LEMP & NAD), hips, elbows, hearts and eyes through the OFA. We don't stop with the bare minimum; we go above & beyond. We also do not dock tails.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black and tan, black and rust, and black and mahogany. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

"The price includes an AKC registration & a three-generation pedigree. I also include a 2.5 year genetic health guarantee & a puppy pack filled with necessary things for your babies. We DO NOT dock tails. We take our deposits once the puppies are 3 weeks old. We love speaking about our Rottweilers & are happy to answer any questions!"

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
